I am a registered nurse with a progressive career spanning caregiver/CNA, LPN, RN, and BSN roles. I bring over 15 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings, including adult family homes, nursing homes, hospitals, and in-home care. My expertise includes delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering positive health outcomes. I have been an adult family home provider since 2017, dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for residents.
